Apply for WellChild Research Funding 2011

WellChild is inviting preliminary applications for its Research Project Grant Award Programme 2011

 

WellChild wishes to fund high quality, innovative and translational research with potential for direct benefit to children and young people’s health and well-being in the short to medium term.  

 

Outline preliminary applications should be for funding for no longer than two years, and costs above £50,000 must be clearly justified.

Completed applications should be emailed to research@wellchild.org.uk no later than 5pm on Monday 26 July 2010. In addition one signed hard copy of the application should arrive in the WellChild office by the same date - hard copies should be sent to:

Jointly funded clinical research training fellowship

A clinical research training fellowship will be awarded jointly by WellChild and the Medical Research Council (MRC). For this first joint fellowship post applications are invited from those wishing to make an impact in the area of children with long term complex health conditions.

The closing date for the next round of applications is 17 September 2010.
